Tarot Card of the Day: Two of Swords

Tarot Card of the Day: Two of Swords using The Robin Wood Tarot.  This card depicts a woman sitting on the ruins of a wall at the ocean shore.  She holds two swords crossed in front of her while blindfolded.  It is night and there is a waxing moon above.  The blindfold may represent concern for not knowing where things are going. Possibly due to experiences in the past, you may be reluctant to trust again, or allow yourself to get close to others, which is shown by the two swords crossing over the heart. The swords are ready to lash out in defense, to push those away who want to get close to you.  Although the road to trust another again may be difficult, as symbolized by the rough ocean and the long dress that the woman could trip on, realize that the moon above is in the waxing phase.  This is the time when attraction magick is the strongest, a time to draw things to you.  Also notice that the woman seems to be in a place of balance, between two mountains, the two swords, in the center of the wall where she sits.  Protection from being hurt and trusting can be achieved, intuitively you can balance that.
